A few minutes' drive by scooter, you are right in the bustling heart of Seminyak, Oberoi and Petitenget, well known for its many restaurants, hip boutiques and trendy beach- and nightclubs, like Ku De Ta, Hu'u bar and Potato Head Beach Club. Villa Yukiko has a semi open living and semi open dining area, decorated in modern design with a great sense of taste of interior design. This 4 Bedrooms villa is equipped with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom, each bedrooms are completed with Smart TV. Outside, soak in the Balinese sunshine while sipping on a cold drink around the pristine and a large 3x10m crystal clear swimming pool. Take a dip to cool off or relax in the shade on one of the pool’s lounging chairs.

This spacious villa offer another way to enjoy the ricefield view while having the time together with your friends and family, through our rooftop which is completed with comfortable sofas and table, perfect for you to play games or just to enjoy the view.

The villa comes with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. There is a villa manager to assist with the check in and take care of any problems that may arise.

## Transit

- Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit

Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)
*Extra bed is not allowed
*Washing machine is available and our team will be responsible to help to operate the machine; however please note that all the washing materials that might be needed during the process will be under the responsibility of the guest including any damage or issue that might caused during the laundry process

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.

Although occasional noise may be present, we are committed to doing our best for our guests’ comfort.
