Willkommen im River Life Paradise! Wir laden Sie zu unserem Eigentum, die mit Wasser / Elektro / abpumpen / wifi / Picknick-Tisch / Feuerstelle einen gepflasterten privaten Campingplatz umfasst. Sie können unsere 34 Fuß Wohnmobil oder bringen Sie Ihre eigenen mieten. Wir können bis zu 45 Fuß RV zubringen. Der Standort sichert dem schönen Boardman Fluss auf und setzt sich auf 18 Morgen bewaldeten Grundstück. Wir sind tierfreundlich. Die Boardman bietet Schläuche, Kajak und Kanu fahren (wir können Geräte zur Verfügung stellen, wenn erforderlich). Der Fluss ist auch ein blaues Band Forellenbach und die Fischerei ist unübertroffen. Das Wasser ist kristallklar.
Der Camper ist ein 2012 Keystone Pass. Es ist 34 Meter lang und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Wärme, Klimaanlage, 2 Fernseher, Stereoanlage, Bluetooth, DVD, Bad und Dusche, Kühlschrank, Outdoor-Kocher und Markise. Es wird bequem 5 Personen. Max Kapazität beträgt 6 Personen.
Wir haben auch einen Wanderweg, der Sie entlang der vielen natürlichen Eigenschaften der Immobilie führt. Dies ist ein toller Ort für einen kurzen Spaziergang. Sie werden hier viele Arten von Wildtieren begegnen. Hirsch, Porcupine, Fischotter, Biber, Glatze Adler, Falken, Eulen, Osprey und gelegentlich sogar Bären. Kommen Sie und Jagd Pilze oder tun beobachten einige Vogel.
Wir sind 10 Meilen außerhalb von Traverse City. Weit genug von der Stadt zu genießen Ruhe und ganz, und eine nie voller Sterne enden Himmel. Doch wir sind nah genug, dass eine schnelle Fahrt so viel mehr zu tun bietet. Traverse City ist die Perle des nördlichen Michigan Angebot Weltklasse-Restaurants, Brauereien, Weinkellereien und Ansichten. We were so happy to return to this beautiful river house. The location right on the river is so close you can hear the river rushing. The house is so well stocked and the beds are really comfortable. John our host is a terrific person and so easy to communicate with. and so helpful. There are great trails for hiking close by and the river is great for Kayaking. Can't wait to return!

The location was awesome. Beautiful being on the river. Host was very helpful and made our kayaking experience fun. We enjoyed fishing even without success. Beds were comfy, may need new pillows on some. Very interesting furnishings. A bit of a museum, which we enjoyed. Annual Sibling Trip

"FABULOUS" sums it up! What a great time we had staying at this property. The home accommodated the seven of us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful. John, the property owner, was easy to work with and responded to questions promptly. He arranged for us to kayak which was much appreciated. We left our trip with plans to return. Excellent Stay, Not as Private as Expected

Was a wonderful experience, host was extremely nice, knowledgeable about the area, kayaking on the river was a great relaxer, we drove to the launch site, and kayaked back to the trailer. The host then gave us a ride to retrieve our vehicle. Site was not quite as private as expected - but was overall an great stay!

Best of the Best Properties

“Awesome house/property”, was the initial statement from everyone in my party upon arriving at the house. The river is so soothing to watch and listen to. The owner let us use 2 Kayaks which we did a 1-hr, slice of heaven, leisurely run ending up at our property!!! Our 4 and 5 y/o thought it was their favorite part of our trip…along with the fire pit that evening. The hospitality we received was tops. We definitely will be back again.

Pics don’t do the place justice!

I stayed with 7 other girls for a bachelorette party. This place was perfect! Beautiful, peaceful, right on the river. The cottage felt much more spacious then the pictures made it seem. Plenty of room. Quite a few different areas to sit and hang out inside and out. The owner was very easy to work with. The house had every single amenity you would need. It was fully stocked with cookware and really anything you could think of. No overly complicated checkout process. I want to bring my family next time!

Beautiful Area. Beautiful river.

What great hosts John and Agnes were! The RV was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and nice. The RV slept 4 of us nicely. Hot water for showers. Nice fire pit to sit around. Not a rowdy in the woods party RV but perfect for a weekend away or families. Only 20 minutes to Traverse City. Location is on owners property and they live in a house by the RV. They will leave you alone if you prefer or will spend time with you if you want. He took us in a float on the river. River is swift so walking it to fly fish is a little tough. Would be better to fish from canoe. Thanks and I hope we can come back!

Our family stayed here 1 week, it served as a home base the week of our daughters wedding. 6 adults and 2 children. It was perfect. The setting was gorgeous. The house was stocked with everything imaginable. It was private right along the Boardman river. The owner supplied 2 kayaks and took 2 of our kids up river for a 4 hour kayak trip one morning. Free of charge. They kayaked back and ended up at the property. Thank you. Only about 10 minutes from Traverse City. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful setting with a above accommodating host, this is it. Thank you John!!!!

We went to this house with a group of friends. We were all working off and on and this house was set up perfectly for co-working. Everyone could retire to a separate space. When it was time to come together the big couch is super comfortable for a group to watch a movie, play a game, talk, and hang out! The kitchen is very well appointed! A delight to cook in. Overall, great experience!

Girls trip on the river

Peaceful rental right off the river. Beautiful area in the backyard as well for a fire and lounging. Stores are within a 15 minute drive and beaches/ downtown within 20 minute drive. Lots of amenities in the kitchen which was nice to be able cook instead of eat out the whole time. As others have mentioned, the owner lives on the property and there is another rental on the property as well. Ask about wine tour information and kayaking.

Great stay on the Boardman

Our plan was to enjoy a week of downtime at this property and we had a fantastic time. We did a few things in Traverse City but mostly just stayed at the house. Swimming in the river was really refreshing on hot days. The owner also provided a canoe and three kayaks and transported them upstream for us to paddle back to the house. We played a lot of yard games and just enjoyed the yard and it’s proximity to the river. In rainy days we stayed inside and played games and read. The home is well furnished and the kitchen has what you’ll need to cook and bake. The only caution I would make for future renters is that the owner stays right on the property as well as his caretaker and at times some others. So if you’re looking for complete privacy be aware … it was also a blessing though as they fixed a few things for us immediately and were available right away when we need them. The owner is incredibly friendly and responsive. We would definitely consider staying again!

John and Agnes have been married since 2002. John grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and Agnes is from Poland and Canada. They have a 12 year old boy. They are avid campers and love nature. John owns and or co owns and operates 4 different rental properties and continues to grow rental offerings focusing on river front recreational properties.
