The Secluded Terrace Oasis is a stunning corner suite that offers ultimate privacy, professionally designed to cultivate a soothing atmosphere equipped with every required comfort to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday for families or friends travelling together. The suite includes two bedrooms, each containing a cozy queen-size bed; the living room couch is available for one additional common area sleep space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials to enjoy a short or long stay. However, the property's crown jewel is the immaculate 1700-square-foot private terrace, fully furnished with outdoor dining, lounge couches and seating.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Pet Policy: Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No Cats. A $75.00 pet fee will be added upon confirmation of the reservation.
