The Space:
Step into this stunning property and be greeted by a radiant living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and generous countertop space, is perfect for preparing gourmet meals or quick snacks. Its practical layout makes cooking enjoyable and efficient. The dining area features a large wooden table under modern lighting.

Retreat to tranquil bedrooms designed for rest and rejuvenation. The master bedroom features a plush bed and tasteful decor has direct access to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with contemporary fixtures add to the blend of comfort and luxury. The first guest room is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and simple decor with convenient access to a well-appointed bathroom. The second guest room has a unique single bunk bed with hang out space below.

This home includes three bedrooms and sleeps a total of 6 guests.

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a 3-day minimum.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

We are dog friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
