This house can comfortably sleep 8 guests between the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

★ The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom w/ a bath tub
★ The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closets for extra storage space
★ An additional bedroom is available w/ a twin bed and a desk for office space
★ Towels & Linens: Premium parachute towels are provided for your bathing & showering needs as well additional towels for use in the outdoor areas.

The recently remodeled modern kitchen is fully equipped for any desert-inspired culinary endeavor. The beautiful kitchen island houses 3 and can be utilized as a breakfast bar or happy hour cocktails. It also has direct access to the backyard. Although you may be tempted to take your meal outside to the patio’s dining table, which also seats at least 8.

Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway (tandem only). This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.

–Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.

–Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm.

–The Integratron: New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.

The Neighborhood:
When going to Joshua Tree one couldn’t imagine a better location in ambiance and convenience than the highly desirable Upper Sky Harbor area which is less than 1 mile from the Joshua Tree National Park Black Rock Campground! The area is private, but not remote with gorgeous views of Joshua trees, & desert flora & fauna. During the day, you can explore nature in your own backyard by walking into The Park, and at night, the stargazing can’t be beat. Yet you can be in town within 2 minutes strolling Old Town Yucca shopping and Pioneertown dining & entertainment.

Getting Around:
Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not.

Other Things to Note:
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
