We love that many people don't know where Osterville is ... it's kind of our own special Cape Cod secret. We are "off the beaten path" but close to everything when we want to be. You can walk to a large pond right in the neighborhood or just a short 5 minute drive and you are at any one of the many ocean side beaches. Casual and fine dining can be found In Osterville, Centerville or Hyannis - whatever you are in the mood for is not very far away! Situated in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, Afterdune Delight is sure to become a guest favorite!

This pet-friendly home has just finished a major refresh. Some of the photos will be updated as projects continue to be completed. Carpet throughout the home while the sunroom and kitchen are getting new wood laminate flooring in June.

You enter into the beautiful sunroom bursting with natural light! The custom back deck is accessible from the sunroom with grill and outdoor furniture for outside dining. The wall of glass sliders welcomes you into the sunroom with lots of seating options - summery, wicker furniture includes two rocking chairs, a couch and a table with seating for four. New flooring to be installed soon!

The open concept living areas work beautifully for large groups. The dining room is to the left with a wood table and 6 chairs - there is a leaf available and more folding chairs in the basement for family dinners. There's a buffet and side table to help with large meals.

The living room is straight across and has a couch, love seat and chair - perfect to relax after a full meal! A flat screen TV above the fireplace can show the latest movies or an afternoon baseball game.

The kitchen is in the middle of the home - galley-style kitchen in whites and blues make the room light and bright while taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher.

The main level has sleeping for four with:

Bedroom #1- queen bed, dresser, night stands and closet
Bedroom #2 - two twin beds, dresser, night stands. There is an additional flat screen TV in the closet that can be used for gaming, too!
Bathroom #1 - a full bathroom with tub/shower combo

The upper level also has sleeping for four with:

Bedroom #3 - two twin beds, dresser, night stands, desk for any summer reading lists that need to be completed before school starts. Ceiling fan for those nights when an open window is all you need to be cool and comfortable.
Bedroom #4 - king bed, two twin beds pushed together with a wedge, dressers, ceiling fan, small desk and chair for remote working
Bathroom #2 - full bathroom with shower only

Basement level houses the washer / dryer facilities.

The back yard is level and grassy - a perfect area for Fido and the young ones to play lawn games or just enjoy the sun. The outdoor shower is Cape Cod tradition for a cool rinse after a day at the beach. Check out the shed with beach chairs, beach umbrella and other items for guest use at Joshua Pond or the ocean side beaches. After a summer picnic cooked on the gas grill on the deck, spend the night until the stars come out around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
