Tiny Adventura has a great location out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. This modern cabin sits on 1 acre of land where you can see the night sky and mountains from your bed and enjoy being close to nature. It is 14 miles from Pigeon Forge, 18 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, 8 miles from ziplining, 15 miles from Dollywood. This is a Glamping experience. Glamping is luxurious camping with more modern amenities like a hot tub, A/C & Heat, wifi, finished floors, beautiful views, and comfortable furnishings. Listen to the multiple birds chirping that fly on the property in the morning while relaxing in the hot tub that has a unique fairy light setting above your head. There is also a sheep farm across the land where you can see the sheep and goats. As you enter the home, you will be welcomed to a flat panel smart TV with a pullout table and Pullout Couch. 


The space


Come enjoy this luxurious tiny home that is perched on a hill so that you feel you are high up in the treetops of the Smokey Mountains. As you enter the home, you will be welcomed to a large bathroom with a composting toilet, an electric fireplace, a flat panel TV with streaming apps, high speed internet, 2 bunk beds and a comfortable pullout couch that sleeps 2 people. There is also a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available for you in our fully equipped kitchenette. The Shower has hot water to it, but the toilet has no plumbing to it. You will use pine shillings and essential oils after every toilet usage, which you will find is better with odors than your normal house toilet.

We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a propane grill outside of the home that sits under the decks roof lit by cascading fairy lights and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. On the land you will find relaxing hammock chairs, giant tic-tac-toe, 1 hot tub, and fire pit. 


 Take a dip in the hot tub or just kick back on the patio furniture and take in the amazing view! Every season is more beautiful than the next at this destination. This is an experience that is not to be missed.

 


There is high-speed US Cellular internet/Wi-Fi throughout the home. We are on a private hill that can accommodate 5 cars parking.

 


Relax and unwind, taking in the idyllic scenery in this spacious 3 bed, one bath Tiny House in the forest. Prepare a romantic stove top meal in the fully equipped kitchenette, then enjoy it on the patio. Before turning in, relax in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by the sounds of the forest.

Whether you relax near the firepit, soak in the hot tub, snuggle by the fireplace, grill that perfect steak or just check out the ever-changing view of the foliage as the sun sets. At the end the day, it is our desire in sharing our tiny home so that you kick your feet up and recollect on all the memories you created that last a lifetime.

 


We always recommend 4X4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains during winter or when exploring more rugged areas in the mountain. Our cabin features paved roads all the way up to our neighborhood but has a gravel driveway up to the tiny home.  Without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend all 4x4 drive when visiting the area.

You will get a text message 1-2 days before your arrival with your unique access code on the number you registered with AirBnB. No need to meet anyone for keys!


Other things to note


PET POLICY: We are pet friendly and understand pets are part of the family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. There will be a pet fee. Guests are liable for any damages done by their animal during their stay. We really do suggest not leaving your dogs unattended.



 


This is a Glamping experience so please be aware that many amenities are provided, but some are not. We have stocked the cabin with start-up supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, pots and pans, pine shillings for the composting toilet, air freshener, dish soap. We do supply a propane tank. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. There is no plumbing FOR THE TOILET (only). You will use pine shillings to use the bathroom, however the Shower is large and uses hot and cold water to give you a comfortable shower like at home. The Shower is run on a small hot water heater, so try to keep showers short to not use all the hot water.

 


SMOKING: There is absolutely NO smoking in the house. Please remember that you are in a wooded area close to a National Park and fire is a real threat here.
