Having been recently renovated and the completely refurnished in March 2020, the owners of Majestic Palms ensured high quality furnishings with chic sophistication and style you will love. The home opens up to a decking down to the waterfront with your own sandy beach to feed the local ducks, swans and resident pelicans.

Majestic Palms has been thoughtfully designed to embrace family living at its best with 5 generous bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, private pool, family cinema room, home office, stunning modern pool table for the adults to enjoy and an indoor/outdoor living.

As you walk through the opulent glass front doors, you are welcomed and almost mesmerised by a magnificent floating staircase, featuring Merbau hardwood flooring and glass panelling. As you continue through this home you will appreciate the seamless flow that integrates expansive internal living areas with relaxed alfresco entertaining and dining areas. A streamlined gourmet kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops, induction hotplates and a true butlers pantry will easily cater for your family holiday.

Please be aware the bunk room is not suitable for adults. This home can only allow 8 adults and 6 children.

Majestic Palms is situated in the centre of Broadbeach Waters and a short walk to the best that Broadbeach has to offer. At your doorstep within walking distance is Pacific Fair shopping centre, Star Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip and of course the Gold Coast’s trademark golden beaches.

CHILD FRIENDLY:
Majestic Palms is child friendly so no need to worry about the little ones. The home, the pool and the canal are all fully fenced to council codes. We have a porta-cot, high chair and stroller available for your use at no additional cost. This beautiful home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday that will give you and your family wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Bedroom 1 (level 2)– 1 x King bed with a large ensuite, walk in robe and a flat screen TV
Bedroom 2 (level 2) – 1 x King bed with ensuite bathroom & walk in robe
Bedroom 3 (level 2) – 1 x Queen Bed with walk in robe and Jack and Jill bathroom
Bedroom 4 (level 2) – 2 x Double bed bunks with single bed on top (sleeps 6 children only) and Jack and Jill bathroom
Bedroom 5 (level 1) – 1 x Queen Bed with full bathroom and toilet

This home is not suitable for large groups of adults due to the noise with close neighbours. We don't allow any more than 8 adults in the home for stays.
