Located right in the Kimberly Alpine Resort and 1 min walk to the lifts, this recently redecorated end unit condo is private, quiet, spacious and bright. This condo has just been repainted, and has new bedding, pillows, kitchen equipment and much more.

Enjoy the private balcony, private hot tub and natural gas BBQ after a day on the slopes, the golf course or after a day out in the mountains. Comes fully equipped with everything you need.

A locked heated storage locker is also provided.

The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 being the master ensuite) with an open kitchen / dining / living area. The unit is brighter than most due to it being an end unit with more windows.

Your stay will have access to the entire unit. This is not a shared unit.

Great family option

Was a great stay! Close proximity to the ski hill, small cut through in the parking lot to get to the base. Could keep your skis on the whole time. Hot tub was a great addition! Jason was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again

Overall, great location and set up. Easy to book, access and owner was good to deal with. We loved the hot tub after a day of golf.

Great time with family om this cozy place!

We had a great time at this place! It was exactly as described, very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Everything that you need for preparing a meal is provided. It has a lot of small appliances. The hot tub and the fireplace were a highlight of our trip. It's very convenient located at the base of T-bar so a very short walk to ski lift. The communication with the host was great. We totally recommend this place.

Tranquil getaway

Lovely condo with a beautiful quiet back patio that we really enjoyed. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. We used the spotlessly clean hot tub and ate all our meals outside listening to the birds and the river. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a family ski weekend

The place was perfect for our family. It's right across the parking lot from the hill, the hot tub was great for after-ski relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I loved that the balcony and hot tub faced the forest instead of overlooking a road or parking lot - very peaceful and private!

Even better than the photos

What a fantastic place! Fully stocked kitchen with a lovely coffee maker and all the basics to make some great meals. Bathrooms were spotless with hair dryers and hot irons and lots of towels. Hot tub was perfect with a large patio and nice lighting 😉. We will definitely come back!

Excellent Kimberley on-hill accomodations!

Over-all we had an excellent stay. The unit is nothing fancy but what I liked was that the items that were there were of excellent quality. The leather hide-a-bed sofa was very comfortable. The Weber BBQ was excellent. Even the water glasses were heavy and good quality. It had all of the basics that we needed for a week long stay, eating in 4 of 5 nights. The proximity to the hill was very convenient. It was nice that the balcony faces the trees, providing lots of privacy. The unit was quite warm, despite keeping the thermostat down and the water for the shower was quite cool on a couple of occasions, which we have relayed to the owners, but these were just minor inconveniences. Over-all a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were a couple minor issues. The first being we couldn't enjoy the hot tub the first night because it had to be drained and refilled prior to our arrival and it wasn't near warm enough until the next morning. The second issue was no ice maker. It was supposed to be in the freezer but it appeared to have been removed. Other than that, the stay was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time at Kimberley!

Golf stay

It was a nice property in a nice location. It did not have underground secure parking but we were able to park in front of the complex outside out condo door. Just a couple flights of stairs which is no big deal unless you have mobility issues. Thankfully we do not so it was all good. Nice deck and hot tub which we enjoyed and they had a BBQ which we did not use.Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean as well as a nice television in the master bedroom. Overall a nice place. Owner was good with what little communication we had.
