Located in the very centre of Cowes, close to all amenities and walking distance to the north-facing Cowes beach and the Cowes shopping precinct including some great cafes and restaurants, this apartment offers contemporary coastal living at its best. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
