Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

True to its name, this beautiful and sprawling quarter-acre pool with its dramatic rock waterfall is a hub of resort activity and relaxation. Refreshments are conveniently available poolside starting at 11 a.m. (open seasonally, weather permitting).

ST. AUGUSTINE POOL
Open Daily: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
A splash back to Florida’s days of pirates and sunken treasures, this playful pool area includes a shore-like zero-entry side and an irresistible interactive pirate ship with slides, water shoots and a water cannon. The Pirate’s Cove Pool Bar is located poolside to recharge the whole crew after a friendly attack.

KEY WEST POOL

Like the country’s southernmost city, the Key West pool is the perfect point to practice a relaxed, laid-back lifestyle.
