The more challenging your day’s adventures in the Vail Valley, the more welcoming this will feel. Your renewing retreat at Sheraton Mountain Vista is a stylish one- or two-bedroom villa that comfortably accommodates as many as eight adults in up to 1,250 square feet. Each comfortable villa offers tranquil moments relaxing on private balconies or patios with gas grills; cozying up before warming gas fireplaces in both the living area and master bedroom; and luxuriating in a whirlpool tub. Convenient features such as a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, HDTVs, DVD players, a Bose sound system and a washer and dryer also complement your mountain stay, bundling a truly rejuvenating time for you, your family and your guests. The villas do not have air conditioning, since it is not needed for the relatively short, mild summers in Avon.

Your comfortable two-bedroom lockoff villa at Sheraton Mountain Vista is a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home combining a one-bedroom premium villa and a one-bedroom villa. You have the option of entertaining a villa full of guests or reserving one side of your villa at a time so you can enjoy two quality vacations. Due to the mountain location, villas do not offer air conditioning.

This, the larger side of your two-bedroom lockoff villa, sleeps four adults comfortably. In addition, it features the following amenities:

Villas at Mountain Vista rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.
One Bedroom Smaller units do not have a cooktop or any option for a portable cooktop to be added to the villa.

There is limited cash available at this resort. Credit cards are an acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates
On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

A year-round treasure, the Beaver Creek area provides the best in alpine adventure during the cooler months and reveals stunning mountain beauty as the snow fades in spring and summer. Come for world-class skiing, tubing, ice skating, snowboarding and sleigh rides from mid-November to mid-April. Then delight in warm-weather fun like fly-fishing, kayaking and whitewater rafting on the Eagle River. There is also hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, hot-air balloon rides and Jeep tours. When looking for a little rest and relaxation, stroll the Ski Museum or Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.
