This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
This condo has been completely renovated, with no expense spared by the owner! It's a coveted corner unit boasting additional square footage. A full-sized washer and dryer are included within the unit. Experience a unique view from the master bathroom shower, which features a one-way glass window. Both the Master and Guest bedrooms are furnished with King Beds. The complex offers a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a sheltered seating area. Tennis courts are also available on-site. Dining options include a restaurant next door and more down the street. Shopping, additional restaurants, cinemas, and mini-golf are all just a 15-minute walk away.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
