This 4 B/R house is large and has plenty to offer. It`s located in a quiet community and features a backyard with swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, and an indoor entertaining area with pool table and TV. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed
Guest bathroom in hallway 

COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen with eat-in dining area, living room, separate family room, and entertaining room with billiards. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. No garage access. 
**Side yard pad can accommodate a smaller RV/Trailer**

PETS: 
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events. 

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*This home does have a sizable side yard pad with gate/lock for RV/trailer parking. 
*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard. 
*NO GARAGE ACCESS

*Please note: this home does have a few cameras on the exterior of the home only. They are located at:
- front of home facing the street
- at the front door
- back of house facing backyard
- west side of house facing RV pad

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Very clean and quiet community in Tempe.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

Spring Break/Training Family Vacation
We loved this property! There are plenty of options for everyone to have their own space when desired. The backyard is a private oasis that was ideal for morning coffee and meals outdoors. The pool table is in great shape and added an option for entertainment on bad weather days. The location just off 60 allowed for easy access, but was far enough away that the road noise wasn’t disturbing. The neighborhood appeared to be safe with lots of room to walk. Groceries, pharmacy, gas and restaurants are all nearby. Everything we needed was onsite. There was a minor issue and the manager was very responsive. We will keep this property on our list as one to visit again for our next trip to Phoenix.

Family wedding trip.
This house was perfect for the seven of us as we attended a family wedding. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It even had a billards room and a beautiful pool! This home was great for our group of 5 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted. When we all wanted to be together, the living room was plenty spacious. We really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again.
