Bi-folding doors in the dining room access a sizeable deck on the North-facing side of the property.
There is a second private deck area in the front yard perfect for evening BBQ's.
Both outdoor areas are fully fenced.
Walking distance to supermarket/shopping center and Tauranga hospital.
Visit Mount Maunganui in under 20 minutes. Travel to Rotorua, Hamilton or Whakatane within an hour and a half.

Lovely place, great location and a craft ahop

Family xmas in Tauranga, and this house is lovely and in a great location. Had a great stay and teh girls loved the cool craft store. The only critique is the roads in Tauranga are really odd! But thats not Johns fault. Highly recommend!

Good size property for families

We shared the property between two families whist attending a funeral. Was a great size and set up with a floor for each family with two rooms each and a bathroom each. Was disappointing that no beds were made upon arriving late evening. Whilst clean sheets were left for the beds these all had to be made. No tea or coffee on site. If your staying mid week note there was alot of noise during the day from the kindergarten next door There was also a decent leak in the living room above the fire place which wet the fire, tiles and carpet.

Unfair charge

There was no information on the rubbish disposal, we are not aware of tauranga rules on bins, got charged extra 80 dollars for just putting bottles in a wrong bin, ridiculous. The house was spec cleaned and no issues, and they charge us. We adhere to cleanliness, and this is what we get, extra charge??

Perfect for big families

The house itself was perfect for our group of 8 + a toddler and the bedrooms/living space accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was set up well for us and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The house was a bit musty when we first arrived and took a while for the smell to go away. It was also a very warm weekend and without fans or an air con, the house got incredibly hot! As we were travelling from out of town, we weren’t able to bring anything with us and ended up having to buy a few to keep cool. One of our group also ended up locked in the downstairs bathroom when the key snapped. Luckily the upstairs bathroom has the same key so we were able to use this to get him out, I contacted the owner to let them know but did not hear back. Overall, this property was good. It worked well for our big group and was located close to a supermarket and some other useful shops. A few downside, but the positive outweighed the negative and we would recommend this property to others.
