This is a 4 level split home which provides a unique experience at each level.

Level 1 - Bedroom, Family space, Pool table, Air hockey, Ping Pong
Level 2 - Bar, Full Bathroom, Living Room
Level 3 - 2nd Living Room, Dinning Room with Kitchen
Level 4 - Bedrooms, Office Space and 2x Full Bathrooms

Guest access - Entire property except the garage
No Unauthorized events allowed at the property.

1) Please book for number of guests that will be attending the property. This includes any visitors!! Automatic fine and charges will apply.
2) Pedal Boat, Kayaks and Paddle-boards are available to rent for an extra per stay fee. Please reach out to us for more info. This is available until Oct 14th.
3) There are three security outdoor cameras. Looking out the front parking, ground level patio and dock (not the hot tub).
4) Firewood is not provided. You can easily get it from closest gas station and grocery store.
5) Please be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely, no loud noise anytime. This is a residential area.
6) Printed copies of guest manual is provided at the property. Please follow the rules! For latest info always follow online link provided at time of booking.
7) Guaranteed early check in for 2pm available at $99. Free early check in depends on house availability.
8) Propane is not provided for the heater. If it is empty, please replace it with a full one as needed from gas station.
9) Absolutely no external speaker allowed to be brought to the property. Unauthorized party over 10. Forfeit of DD applied.
10) Automatic fines applied for disturbance.

Family gathering

We asked special permission to have a 60th birthday gathering at the property. The host/hostess was very accommodating, compromising and great communicators.The property was clean and lots of activities for everyone to enjoy and take part in. Even in the winter we enjoyed the hot tub and big back yard. Would highly recommend.

Great job on how easy it was check in and get everything setup, definitely worked great we had booked for a small Christmas party and were delighted to see that hosts had it decorated with trees was truly a great place to stay would definitely stay again

Beautiful property and location

My family and I stayed at this property over New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfect for a large family, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The entertainment options were a major highlight, we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the relaxing hot tub. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.

Beautiful property

My wife, kids and myself had an amazing weekend looking out onto Chestermere lake. We were able to enjoy a jetski, kayak, paddle board, trampoline, lifesize chess and many other things. We will most definitely be returning!

Great place for fun on the water

Altho the lake was a little weedier than we expected we still enjoyed this location. Lots of water toys supplied. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The host was great and met us when we arrived to help us learn how to use the jet ski.

A great night at a wonderful home away from home!

While our stay wasn’t long, it was great. The hosts are fabulous and the home is wonderful - tons of room, cozy and comfortable with lots of extras including the games room. We’d love to return in summer given the beautiful yard and dock!

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday at Niyush’s property and everyone had a blast! We set up a bouncy castle for the kids, and the adults ended the night with a fire and hot tub time! Overall, everyone was happy! Host was also easy to communicate with and responded immediately!

Wonderful experience

The house is well appointed, and the beachfront yard is wonderful. Overall, it was a quiet stay, the way we like it. You get the benefit of a really nice home instead of a rustic cottage that is nonetheless on the lake. We will come back.
