Make a splash this vacation at Villa Island Time! This direct gulf access coastal retreat features a custom pool, dock with just 12 minutes out to the river to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine! Villa Island Time will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. This 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom boasts just under 1300 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 6!
Upon entry, guests will fall in love with the cozy open floor plan. In the living room, guest will find plenty of seating to relax and watch their favorite movie or TV show on the large Smart TV. In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to cook their favorite meal including all cooking essentials, a toaster, coffee maker, and wine cooler. Off the end of the kitchen is a built in work space where guests can get their essential work done. In the Master bedroom, guests will find a comfortable King size bedroom, direct lanai access, large flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. In the other two bedrooms, guests will find Queen size beds.
Once outside, guests will find the true highlights of this home! In the screened in porch, guests can challenge each other to a game of billiards or grill their favorite meal. Here guests will also find a large custom pool. This pool is perfect for floating around or playing pool games. Down by the canal, guests can enjoy catching beautiful sunsets or searching for Southwest Florida wildlife.
Being situated in the heart of Cape Coral with a short distance out to open water and close proximity to great local attractions- Villa Island Time will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!

NOTE: There is no cage at this home but the pool is fenced
*This home is pet friendly for (MAX 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).
Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
**Boat lift is not available for guest use.**
