The property itself was very clean so the property management company must be doing their part. The distance from the beach was an issue but the shuttle does run every 15 minutes but you have to return by 5:00pm. The property itself and furnishings were very cheaply maintained. If you’re expecting high quality this is not the place. The first 2 days we had no internet so we had to sit and and wait on cable guy for 2 hours (just what you want to do on your vacation). The tv in one bedroom did not work and the 2nd bedroom downstairs has no tv at all. The outside umbrella and a grill were broken and just left on the property. There was another working grill which ran out of gas. No light bulbs in the microwave lights over the stove. There were ants. The dining furniture keep losing screws and the wire mesh at the bottom of the fence was loose and hanging on the sidewalk by the pool and a piece of fence is missing (both could be hazardous to small children). The AC upstairs is completely inadequate and unable to keep up and the upstairs was uncomfortable. The shuttle pickup is a block from the property. The mattresses were very comfortable. The distance to shopping and activities was very nice. The employees at the gulf club were very nice and helpful. Overall experience was just OK.
