This property is your haven of peace in the middle of the wonderful city. This triplex penthouse will undoubtedly surprise each guest in a unique way. Whether through its incredible views of the city and Dois Irmãos, through its grandiose and complete terrace, or through its exclusive amenities, such as its pool, spa, whirlpool and steam room, the apartment will provide an unforgettable stay and an excellent restful experience that you deserve.
There are 550 m² of apartment, with a large terrace with panoramic views of the city, with a privileged view of the two brothers hill, Christ the Redeemer, and the Tijuca forest. The terrace is beautiful, tree-lined and colored by various plants and flowers. To cool off and relax you can take a nice dip in the pool or get a massage from the whirlpool jets.
There are 4 suites in all, plus 3 shared bathrooms, to comfortably accommodate guests, fully air-conditioned.
Call your guests and prepare a delicious barbecue by the pool, on the terrace, overlooking the city while relaxing on the sofas or outdoor seating.
The penthouse is located close to the best restaurants in the city, as well as numerous options for shops, banks, pharmacies, markets. The beach is located less than a 5-minute drive and less than a 10-minute walk.
You'll also be just 10 minutes away from the city's most breathtaking waterfalls, where viewpoints with cinematic views are found.
The street is quiet, private and safe. The building also has 24-hour security, elevator and parking space for up to 3 vehicles. The condominium facilities provide free access to a playground, party room, game room, sauna, steam room and lap pool.
An employee of the property will stay during the stay, cleaning, making the beds and serving breakfast. There is a charge of R$ 250.00 for daily cleaning.
