And all this is located just a short ten second walk to the white sandy shores of Fingal Bay beach or a casual stroll to Fingal Bay Surf Club or Fingal Bay Bowling Club.
Baia Villa features upstairs the main bedroom with King bed, split system air conditioner, en-suite with a shower, toilet and vanity, balcony to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through, ceiling fan and walk in robe.
A large, fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge/ freezer with a water dispenser, dishwasher, gas cooktop, Vittoria Espressotoria Capsule Coffee Machine, and the bonus of children’s dinnerware. Open plan exquisitely furnished, air conditioned, living/dining area features a 10-seat dining table and chairs, ceiling fan, comfortable lounge, wall mounted Smart TV and free NBN Wi-Fi. Walk out through the sliding doors to the balcony, where you can sit back and enjoy the fabulous water views or cook on the Weber Q BBQ.
Downstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed and split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and access to the courtyard, whilst the third bedroom has a Queen Bunk Bed (King Single above and Queen bed below), King Single bed plus a Single trundle and split system air conditioner. The main bathroom is also located downstairs, it has a large corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.
There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a large single size garage with the clothes dryer.
