Everything a family of 4 needs to enjoy Bear Valley!

This condo is located in the Condo Bear complex with access to Bear Lake! This

Scandinavian inspired condo has been updated with new appliances and doors.

The galley kitchen offers brand new stainless steel stove and hood, tile

counter tops, coffee maker, bar seating and opens up to the living room. The

living room boasts a huge couch, with a propane stove, custom built cabinetry

with a flat screen TV and built-in bunk beds, and a separate sleeping area

with a double sized bed. There is a full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower

over tub and a door that separates the vanity sink area from the rest of the

bathroom. A small dining table sits near the fireplace and the door leading to

a private patio. This is the perfect condo for a family with two young

children.

Great location

This condo is very close to bear valley resort which is what we were looking for. The check in process was easy and the property management staff was responsive in communications. The condo is older and could use some fixing up but it suited our purpose for two nights.

Ski weekend

My daughter and I went to bear valley to ski and the condo was the perfect location! The bed was soo comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a fun weekend away!

Camping reprieve

We needed a place last minute because of rain. Nice cosy condo. Great for 2. Stocked kitchen and open space. Had a great time with easy access to great hikes. Would consider retiring for the winter ski season.

Cute, comfortable, close to lodge

We did have some trouble finding the place. First we went to the same number in Creekside, then we didn't know which door to go through to find the entrance. There are no numbers or arrows on the building for the first floor condos. But once inside it was very cozy. The kids were excited to stay in the bunk beds next to the kitchen and have an easy to start fire they could sit by. They loved access to streaming on the TV because we don't have that at home. The wifi worked fine for me to take work meeting one morning. And it was an easy walk with our gear to the Cafe by the lodge and shuttle to the lifts.

Well-euipped

Well-equipped and maintained. Lovely decor and comfy furniture. Since here is no dining table, another bar stool or too would help. FYI - the faucets on the vanity leak onto vanity top - easy to clean up - not damaging, juts wasteful. The coffee carafe pour spot is chipped. Worked fine, though. I question if the sheets were actually clean as there were a couple of spots on the fitted sheet and on one pillow case. Great internet and TV options. The bed takes up the entire room and is difficult to crawl in an out of with two people. Lighting is very poor throughout - and room is so dark even during the day with all blinds open - nothing to do about that due to layout. Nice with two entrances/exits, but key to patio/porch door doesn't work. I can't wait to come again next year, but hopefully back in a full one bedroom. Thanks for the consistent and respectful communication on site and in person. PS. The Creekside Cafe (?) was AMAZING quality and service and MOST appreciated.

Cozy Condo

Our stay in Bear 104 was a nice one. The condo is cozy, the bed was a little small for my 6'2" body but overall the condo was perfect for 2 people and close to the lodge and within walking distance of everything within Bear Valley Village. I have stayed in the village many times and enjoy coming in both winter and summer!

Condo Bear 104 Review

My family (wife and two young sons) and I stayed here prior to me riding the Ebbetts Pass Century bike ride in August. The condo was a great location about a quarter mile from the start. We arranged a late check-in and the process went off without a hitch. Staff also worked with me to secure a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Kai at Bear Valley Real Estate was great! Very helpful and she gave me a couple of discounts to lower my cost. The condo itself was nice and clean. It was perfect for our needs. Only downside is that there previously had been cats in the condo and I am allergic to cats. Minor issue, I know. Overall, great assistance from staff and a great place to stay. Thank you and I might be back next year to stay in 104!

Cute and Comfortable

Although this is a one bedroom it is perfect for a family of four with a dog. The kids were in individual bunk beds with their own lights and storage, the parents are in a separate room, and there was plenty of room on the floor for the dog bed. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. We had no complaints except that the snow was so deep the view out the window was blocked! We'd definitely use this condo again.

We love this condo! Our family of four has stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It is well maintained, clean, well stocked, and updated. Occasionally there are burned out light bulbs. A plastic pitcher would be nice to make OJ. A night light and some salt would be handy. Ground floor is a plus. Always open parking even when the snow piles up.

We enjoyed the condo very much except for the very uncomfortable bunk beds. Both of my kids had sore backs sleeping on the bunk beds and had to trade off sleeping on the couch since the bed pad springs were so uncomfortable. We would have loved to return to this condo except for the uncomfortable bunk beds. Please let us know if the bed pads are changed out for more comfortable mattresses and we will return. The service at the real estate office was fantastic. We came over and checked out games, movies and even helped ourselves to cookies and hot drinks a couple of times. Excellent service. Thank you!

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we came back to stay in the same place again. Place was clean and easily accommodates a family of four, like ours. It was clean and had character- perfect for kids into bunk beds. Being close to the shuttle stop and the village was also a bonus. We will come back for another stay.

Lovely Little Condo

Clean, comfortable, affordable

My husband and I wanted a few quiet days with our senior dog, a little hiking, and a 'tree fix.' Our goal was achieved. The condo was, as expected, not large, but clean and comfortable. The location is quiet, surrounded with trees and nature, but close to the Bear Valley Lodge and services. When we found that a light bulb in the bathroom nightlight, and a tv remote were not working, we were immediately supplied with replacement bulb & batteries, so the service was responsive, which we appreciated. Because the queen bed is situated in an alcove it's not real easy to make the bed or for a window-side sleeper to get up in the night when necessary, but the sleeper couch in the living area was very comfortable so that was used as well. We will return to explore some more another time!

perfect fit for our small family

Very conveniently location just across from the Lodge, the condo was clean and well appointed with everything you want and need in a good room with a kitchen. The only improvement would be: a higher powered microwave.
