Inverness 1104 is the penthouse you have been looking for. This beautiful condo has everything you and your family will want for your stay on South Padre Island. The spacious kitchen with two islands provides all the room you need to make family meals after a long day on the beach enjoying the sand and sun. Eat together at the dining table while enjoying a full water view. The living room and dining table are set up to maximize the view that only this condo can provide. Rest your head in one of 3 bedrooms, a King bed in the primary bedroom, and 1 queen bed in each guest bedroom. There is also a sofa sleeper as a different bedding option. Please request linens from the Welcome Desk if you plan on using the sofa sleeper. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, and second guest bedroom.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
