Located right off of Cedar neck Road in Ocean View, this great family home is located in a quiet community just 3.5 miles to the beach. Main floor features large open living area with a screened porch, deck and fenced in back yard with fire pit. The newly updated kitchen and formal dining area are great spaces for the whole family to be together. You'll also enjoy the updated full bath, laundry area and master suite. This home also offers a wrap around deck, Gas grill and smoker for your enjoyment. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms located upstairs along with a full bath. Dog friendly. (2 dog max) Additional fees apply. Close proximity to grocery store, gas station & restaurants. If you're a nature enthusiast, be sure to take advantage of the nearby walking trails within the James Farm Ecological Preserve or the Fresh Pond, both of which are located right off of Cedar Neck Road. No smoking.

Great House and Great Location

This is a great house for families to gather. Plenty of room and very close to the grocery store and the beach. Very nice neighborhood to walk around and fenced in yard for the dogs. Great house. You won't regret it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this lovely home for two months mid May to mid July. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay was in this home. Close to drive to all the beaches but just a little bit further away from them to enjoy peaceful moments. Fenced in yard for our dog was an extra plus. House was very clean with many extras included. Very nice neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Would one day love to rent this home again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at 415 Katie Street. The home was very well appointed and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. We chose the location because we had friends in the neighborhood who also saw the property and were impressed. We had two maintenance issues which were dealt with as promptly as they could be. The AC system worked fine on both levels in contrast to one review that complained that the upstairs bedrooms were not cool. We enjoyed the proximity to the trails at Fresh Pond and the easy trip to the beach.

A nice home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home worked out well for my husband and I, my 16-year-old son and our two dogs. We chose it largely for the fenced in yard, which was great for the dogs. Although the property says it is “dog friendly,” they tell you after you book that animals are not allowed on any of the furniture. Our only serious issue with the house was that the air conditioning does not cool many of the bedrooms. We were there over Labor Day weekend when it was quite hot. You are not allowed to turn the air any cooler than 72 degrees, which is more than adequate for the common living spaces, but completely inadequate for the king bedroom downstairs, the king bedroom upstairs, and another of the bedrooms. We slept in a smaller bedroom just because it was cooler. It also would be really nice if they’d stock just a few necessities like toilet paper and paper towel. You don’t need to pack beach chairs and umbrellas as you can rent them on the beach. Parking near the beach is completely inadequate and the house is a good 3 miles from the beach so we rented bicycles which worked out ok, although some of the roads are not completely bike-friendly. The people at Wilgus were a bit hit or miss when it came to assistance. They answered a few questions by email in a rather terse manner and didn’t answer other emails at all, like when we asked for the wifi information.

Home is dog friendly, lovely, great location, check in and out easy, & we had a wonderful family vacation. We left behind a very Important stuffed animal by accident, & they even mailed it back to us! Thank you, thank you thank you!
