You will enter Bahia Vista 504, you’ll fall in love with the open floor plan, and then immediately be in Awe of the Spectacular open Bay Views - WOW! You’ll wander through the entryway and enter the wide Open Living Area. Adorned in a lovely Sky Blue, with cozy Furnishings, the Living Room and Dining Area are the perfect places for the family to gather and relax after a day of fun in the Sun. Enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, and maybe even family movie or game night. The Sofa in the Living Room is also a comfy Sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 if needed! The Large Gourmet Kitchen has high-end Stainless Steel Appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the comforts of home right at your fingertips. So, whether it’s a quick bite before hitting the Beach or preparing a nice family meal in, preparing meals in this Kitchen - with this View - is anything but a chore! There is plenty of seating to dine in the AC or take your meal outside and dine Al-Fresco on the Private Bayfront Balcony!

Just off the Living Room is the Primary Suite - with a Plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Balcony access, this is nothing short of a Luxury Retreat! The Primary Bath adds to the WOW-factor this room offers - with a Custom Tile Shower, Soaking tub, and Double Vanity, you’re sure to be anything but disappointed. Bedroom 2 is another quiet escape with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and direct access to the 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. The Bahia Vista building allows for 2 Parking Permits for the parking lot found directly across the street under the East building with 6’10” Clearance. Here you will also find the wonderful Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Bahia Vista is just a short stroll to the Beach, and all the dining and excitement of the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk!
