The Space:

This area is thoughtfully furnished with several lounges, perfect for sunbathing or stargazing. The cornhole set and ping pong table introduce a playful twist. The outdoor grille area is fully equipped for classic barbecues or spontaneous grilled delights. Our poolside cabaña bar completes the beach vibe with its neon sign, equipped fridge, blender, and pass-through windows, fostering a lively and welcoming space for crafting and savoring drinks.

THE HOME
This home’s expansive living room is thoughtfully designed with a U-shaped couch that can accommodate large groups. The unique boat-shaped coffee table adds a distinct nautical flair to the space, while large windows draw in abundant natural light, showcasing the beautiful outdoors.

The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, extensive cabinetry, and a large island that doubles as extra prep space and a casual dining spot. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a large resort-style dining table. Sliding glass doors in the dining room open up to the amazing backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The master suite includes a king-sized four-poster bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool. The first guest room uses shades of calming blue to create a welcoming space and features double sliders that open directly to the outdoor areas. The second guest bedroom is particularly family-friendly, equipped with sturdy bunk beds and a desk. The bathrooms combine functionality with spa-like luxury, equipped with contemporary fixtures, soft lighting, and soothing decor.

Transition outside to a deck adorned with teak chaise lounges and cozy seating areas. At its heart is a refreshing pool with a pier-like extension where you can dip your feet in the cool waters. A fully equipped outdoor grille area stands ready for barbecue enthusiasts.

Mix your favorite craft cocktails in our poolside cabaña bar, equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, blender and pass-through windows for easy service to the outside bar area. The ping pong table and cornhole set provide a perfect blend of fast-paced competition and leisurely fun.

This home includes three bedrooms and sleeps a total of 10 guests.

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a 3 day minimum.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Dog Friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
