The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with 6 burner gas range, a small electric oven, built in coffee maker, dishwasher and loads of counter-space. A large washer and dryer are located in a spacious laundry room. You will find two smart t.v's in the home.

Biking routes abound from here, as do walking paths in the nearby forested park, or enjoy kayaking from a beach 5 minutes away. Walk to numerous beaches, including one of Victoria's nicest sandy beaches at Cadboro Bay.

It's 20 minutes to downtown Victoria by car/taxi where you will find plenty of interesting tourist ideas. As the Provincial capital, Victoria (incorporated in 1862) is full of history, as well as restaurants and one of Canada's best Jazz clubs, ocean adventures. and much more.
