The first level living area features a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. There is a large pantry for storage and two sliding doors lead to the screened deck so that you can enjoy outdoor dining with sunset views. Just down the hall you will find the washer and dryer in the closet. To the right you will find the Primary bedroom which is furnished with a Queen bed and includes a private bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a soaker tub, walk in shower, and dual sinks. Across the hall there is a guest bedroom that offers a cozy Queen bed and has a private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and hours of people watching on the street side deck that overlooks the famous Loop! Kick back with your favorite beverage and soak it in.

The top floor of this wonderful home features an open family room and sound front deck. Gather in the evenings and snuggle up on the sofa or watch the sun fade away on the deck. The top living level of “Hooks Cottage” has three queen bedrooms, and each bedroom has access to a connecting bathroom. There is also another area with built-in bunk beds that the kids will love! Nestled behind pocket doors, the bunk room includes a series of ladders and thoughtful night lights that make a perfect setting for young family members to enjoy. There is a second washer/dryer and a beverage fridge off the upstairs living room for added convenience. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
