Enter the home from one of the two decks and you will be in a bright, open concept living area with a gleaming white, fully-equipped kitchen, a new dining set with seating for six, and a comfortable couch and armchair seating. Down the hall are a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two bedrooms - the master with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds. The walk-out ground floor with a living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, a kids-size ping pong table, a separate office room, and a brand new washer and dryer in the utility room. Travel upstairs to the second floor and you will find one large bedroom with a queen bed on one side, two twin beds on the other, and an en-suite full bathroom in between the two.



There is plenty of seating and table space on one of the two decks for everyone to gather or grill for those family summer BBQs. The yard also features a new outdoor shower was recently built along the back of the house. Other amenities include WiFi, window A/C units in the bedrooms, and sheets and bath towels provided with beds made upon arrival. Your summer vacation awaits!
