How best to experience Vancouver than staying in this chic, sparkling clean & near brand new condo in the very heart of the city! Within walking distance, you will be on the Sunset Beach, the Aquatic Centre, or the seasall where you can walk, jog, dine or take the Aquabus across to Granville Island. With stunning city & water view, you can really soak into the best Vancouver has to offer.
Enjoy your nights in our chic urban condo suite with all amenities needed.
• Living Room: 49" LG 4K TV with full HD cable & Premium Ultra HD Netflix. Large closet. Twin sofa can be turned into a sofabed which can sleep one more person. Duvet & fitted sheet for the sofabed are available in the closet.
• Bedroom: Queen sized bed with all bedding.
• Kitchen: Gas stove & oven, hood fan, fridge, large sink, pot/pan/chopping board, cups/glasses, bowls/dishes, all utensils, dish/hand soap, water kettle, Keurig coffee machine (with start-up supplies of K-Cups, sugar, tea bags, bottled waters).
• Dining Area: Round bar table, with 2 bar stool chairs.
• Bathroom: Clean sets of linen (shower/facial/hand towels), shower with bathtub, Pharmacopia Organic shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, sink with large mirror, toilet and paper, facial bar.
• Large balcony (64 sq. ft.): High up city, bridge, and False Creek water view, spanning over 180 degree.
• Full laundry (Washer/Dryer) with laundry detergent.
• Fibre optic high speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire suite at all times.
Guest access
No underground parking in the building provided or available. However, transits are steps away, and there are plentiful of street parkings nearby. Mostly are free from 6pm to 9am, and all day Sunday. 1 to 2 hrs free from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Or you may park at the EasyPark lot located at 1441 Hornby Street (Lot # 39) which is just one block away (2 mins walk), for $17.50/day maximum. Download the EasyPark app for more details.
Other things to note
Self Check-In/Check-Out:
• Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm, unless specifically granted by host for earlier check in. Detailed check-in instruction with notable infos will be sent by the host herewith one or two days prior to scheduled check-in day.
• Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Simply take all your belongings, leave all the FOB/Keys sets inside the basket inside the suite, and vacate the suite by the check-out time on the scheduled check-out day. Immediately inform the host that you have checked-out herewith, and the host will lock the unit door remotelyl. Failure to return or loss of FOB/Key is subject to $150/FOB and $50/key charge.
• Early check-in or late check-out times requests will only be accommodated based on circumstances. Request for such needs to be received at least 24 hrs prior to scheduled check-in/out to be considered. For late check-out, maximum 1 hour extension (i.e. noon check-out) can be granted. Unless specifically granted by the host, please respect the check-in/out time. Host reserve the rights for extra fee to be imposed otherwise. Thanks very much for your cooperation in advance.
