- The property does not have air conditioning
- This property features antique decor, including firearms that are not loaded. The guns are purely decorative and do not work
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, along with all-terrain tires, are required to access the dirt road to the property. The road does not have lighting at night and there is a half mile with 5 switchbacks
- The property utilizes a well. Please limit the length of showers and allow the well to recover between each shower, laundry, and running the dishwasher
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the corner of the home facing the backyard, camera 3 is a Ring doorbell camera next to the basement door facing the outdoor entrance, and camera 4 is a Ring doorbell camera next to the sliding door facing the deck.
