Stunning 4 bedroom Heritage Duplex centrally located in Vancouver! Beautiful home with high ceilings and open living and dining space makes for a wonderful place to put up your feet and relax! Upstairs is 3 bedrooms with the top floor featuring a lovely south facing private balcony. Enjoy the fenced in yard complete with kids table and patio chairs. Fantastic neighbourhood in the sought after Mount Pleasant. Minutes away from downtown, Burnaby, North Shore and Richmond

Good location

One suggestion for the listing is to list that there is no consistent heating on the first floor. Only heat source on 1st floor is manually turning on/off the gas fireplace switch on wall to get radiant heat (no internal fan blowing heat out). If you leave for the day, then would need to turn it off and come back to a cold house later.. There are thermostats on the second and third floor for in-floor radiant heating. Unfortunately, the second floor thermostat was not working at arrival and host later offered someone to look at it. We arrived to a cold house that after two hours was still cold, even on the third floor upstairs when adjusting thermostat that only moved temp. up 2 degrees in two hours. We were told that blankets were avail. and need to give it more hours to warm up. We chose to stay elsewhere and not have to battle the manual turning first floor heat source on/off and safety reasons of leaving it on at night. It would have been helpful to know the heating setup ahead of time so that we could have made an informed decision on whether to rent. VRBO group has yet to stand behind a full refund of 3 nights. The house was clean and cute setup otherwise. The owners were quick to respond to messaging

Home away from home

Loved our stay. Great to be in a home rather than a hotel. Location was central and walking distance to downtown. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Felt right at home.

A true gem !

Everything about this property was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. Jessica is a great communicator, answered all our questions immediately and met all of our requests . The neighborhood is charming and in a great location. We were delighted with our stay .

Family vacation stay

We had a great stay in a lovely home in a good neighbourhood. Everything we needed was provided. The only comment is that the spare room was very small with a small one person cot. So the place is great for a family of four with small children but not more than that. Overall we had a great experience.

Lovely house in a lovely neighborhood

The house was just as advertised. Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, well-equipped. The owner dealt with a perceived problem with the heat promptly. Enjoyed our stay in spite of the rainy weather.
