Located in the much sought after and gated Crystal Shores Villas development with it's luscious landscape, private beach area and marina. This back row condo is on Lakeshore Blvd with easy access to everything Incline Village has to offer.
You cannot go wrong when you stay at this newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo located in a gated lakefront community. This unit is located in the middle of the complex with lake views from the Kitchen, living room, master bedrooms and both decks. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are located at entry level. The Master bedroom is spacious and includes a full bathroom, private deck with views of the lake, second bedroom has bunkbeds and a full bathroom in the hallway. Make your way to the second floor where you will find a beautiful kitchen that opens into the dining and living room with fantastic views of Lake Tahoe. And it does not end there, off the living room you will find a deck that gets drenched in sun and stunning view of "Big Blue" Walk down to the private beach and marina area and enjoy the amazing scenery of lake Tahoe. If you feel like taking a morning walk you can do the 4-mile bike path that is right out your front door. Stunning views and perfect family property

Fantastic Lake Location & Digs

Loved the view & high end accoutrements. The three dog kennel next door, who were often off leash and aggressive, made my wife hesitant on leaving the unit to enjoy the grounds. The barking was loud and easily triggered by these bored dogs.

Terrific Experience!

The accommodations were exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Great views, clean, upscale home, new appliances and management co. was super responsive when I had a request to fix something minor. I will definitely rent this property again and suggest you give it a try.

Great location. Very well stocked and clean. Quiet neighborhood close to everything and a great spot to rest up between events. First visit to Lake Tahoe and loved it!

The place was fantastic! Very clean and super well appointed.. The beds were very firm and clean.. we hung out on the deck a few evenings and turned on the fire pit.. very nice. The first day we walked down to the property’s common beach. Where we all passed out 😵 in the sweet patio chairs. All in all a super nice place..

Great Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! Great facilities! The condo was well furnished and we cooked several meals at home and had all of the needed pots, pans, utensils. Deck was gorgeous with a great fire pit. Property manager was very responsive when the door code battery was low. Had the battery changed by the end of the day. The main bedroom’s mattress was very firm. The second bedroom’s mattresses were more plush.

Everything exceeded expectations. Everything clean and tidy and we found all we needed for our stay. I appreciated the organic shower products… that was a bonus. The beach and marina area was a nice place to relax in the evenings. So relaxing. LT is magical and so good for the soul. Thank you!!

Well appointed and comfortable

Condo is comfy and nicely furnished and equipped. Modern appliances. Fabulous views from upper deck. Nice gas fire on the deck also. Massive TV. Practically on the lake shore and only 2 minutes to town. No complaints!

Lakeside Bliss

We wanted to find a place that would give us the ultimate Tahoe experience to decide if Tahoe could be in our long-term future. This property was everything we hoped for and more-the perfect view of the lake, very well appointed, and so tastefully put together we would have loved to stay forever. Check in and out was a breeze. Until we can buy one of our own we will be back time and time again.

Property Review

The property was very nice and well located. The only issues were there was no property or area description in the unit which is typical of previous stays. Also the smoke detectors went off on Saturday aafternoon for no reason so I called the property manager, who referred me to the on call maintenance man. He said he was out of town so take out the batteries. Which solved the issue but I thought if something serious happens and the on call is out of town then it could cause someone a problem. Overall we enjoyed it and woulld definitely return.

Great Views & Location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy condo in Incline Village, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The views and proximity to Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains are wonderful. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with most of the amenities and comforts one could wish for. A TV in the master bedroom would be nice to have. However, the living room makes up for it with a very large TV. The host / management company was responsive and very helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Incline Village. The beautiful views, amenities, and unbeatable location make it the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Beautiful views, great location

Nice, clean, well-appointed small condo. The kitchen had everything a person could want. Check in was easy. Quiet location not far from restaurants, shopping, etc. A few quirks that could be easily (some of them) fixed. They should have some fireplace tools available. There aren't any. There are no instructions for the television, remote control for the gate, etc. The firepit was a bit strange. It shut itself off after about 30 minutes, even with fuel in the tank. The shower in the main bath was extremely hard to get in and out of unless you were over 6 feet tall. A handrail or bar would make it easier. No bathroom on the main floor. You had to go down to the lower level to use the restroom. So, if you have any mobility issues, that makes it difficult.

Perfect Little Incline Getaway

This condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things to consider: - If you have young children, the top bunk bed rail is a touch low. We solved the issue by simply having both girls sleep in the bottom bunk, which fortunately, was a full-sized bed. - If you have mobility issues, you may need to use the shower in the secondary bathroom. The primary bathroom shower requires entering a soaking/whirlpool tub. Not an issue per se, just a consideration. This unit was super easy to get to, had everything we needed, was less than 15 minutes away from Mt. Rose, and had a gorgeous view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect place for our stay

This condo was clean, easy to find, and was in the perfect location. Seriously, the view was spectacular. The kitchen was very well stocked, as there were condiments and such from prior renters. If you want to light a fire in the fireplace, you do need to get your own firewood. The sliding door was missing a latch, so it didn’t lock. My husband bought/cut a piece of wood to fit in the sliding area. Easy fix! The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have a hard copy of instructions/information for the condo. The app that we used did not have a ton of detail. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Loving the Lake!

This property was in a perfect location, a little dated but clean. The view and proximity to the lake is perfect and it was very quiet and peaceful. Did not receive the lock/gate info from the management company until I emailed them the day we were coming. No additional info in the condo explaining things. The parking spot is difficult to maneuver in and out of and not easy to see on arrival. The bed sheets smelled like they had been used and there was pet hair on the upper bunk. We chose this unit because it was supposed to be pet free and my niece is allergic so it made for a difficult first night until we washed them all. The fire pit was nice but ran out of propane the 2nd night. The wind chimes were peaceful at first but then started banging/ringing too loud so we took them down and laid them on the back patio. No kleenex and only bars of soap to use...no dispensers. Nice big TV but no cable. Despite these little issues, we still loved it and would return again.
