OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This luxury home has been walled for privacy. The yard features a heated pool and spa, chaise lounges, occasional seating, an outdoor living area, and alfresco dining - plus a BBQ grill. There's also a fire pit lounge. The back of the house has a patio where you’ll find ping pong, a hammock, and more occasional seating. SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Suite has a King bed, access to a patio - where you’ll find ping pong, a hammock, and occasional seating - and an ensuite bath. Guest Suite 1 has a Queen bed, a patio, and an ensuite bath. Guest Room 2 also has a Queen bed and easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. There is also an additional powder room by the living area.

Great location in the very popular Movie Colony East - a quarter mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. An easy walk to Ruth Hardy Park.
