This family home is light and fresh with a beachy feel, which sleeps 12 guests. As you enter via the formal entrance you reach the first living area that combines a very spacious open plan living/lounge/dining space the heart of the home, which leads to the outdoor dining and timber deck area. The fully equipped kitchen offers large bench spaces and breakfast bar.
Positioned in central location close to both bay and ocean beaches it is a must for next family holiday.
“Shiron” is our family homes name. Named after my Grandparents. “Shir” is after my Grandmother
Shirley Amelia Stringer, and “Ron” is after my Grandfather
Ronald Delmage Stringer.
Shirley Ave and Ronald avenue in the Sorrento township are also named after them.
Located near both bay and ocean beaches, amazing location and an equal 7 min drive to both Sorrento and Rye smack bang in the middle of both worlds. Walking/riding distance from the quaint Blairgowrie shopping precinct.
7 -10 min drive to the spectacular Peninsula Hot-springs and St Andrews Brewery.
Master Bedroom:
1 x King Bed (Sleeps 2) with walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2:
1 x Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3:
1 x Double Bed 1x Cot (Sleeps 2) and infant.
Bedroom 4:
1 x Double loft bed (Sleeps 2 Children) & 1 x Tri-bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top - Sleeps 3).
Bedroom 5/Downstairs Rumpus:
1 x Single Bed Bunk (Sleeps 2).
High chair (Available upon request) All rooms have ceiling fans. Additional port-a cot available upon request.
****Cot linen not supplied as I’ve found little ones prefer their own special bedding they are familiar with from home.
If it is not possible to bring your own (due to travelling with limitations) please let me know I will arrange it for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Approval for pets must be given. If approved pets are not allowed in upstairs or carpeted areas. Pets can have full use of downstairs and backyard.
The four upstairs good sized bedrooms are zoned off from the main open plan living/dining areas the master bedroom is located at the front of the house over looking the front yard, features a large walk in robe and ensuite.
Downstairs you will find the laundry with separate powder room and toilet off it with outdoor access from when you get home from the beach and wash off the sand and salt and the warm water outdoor shower.
Downstairs you will also find the second informal lounge/rumpus room which has a recliner couch, TV, board games, wii and plenty of books and colouring activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours.
The backyard has plenty of room for the family to relax and unwind on the golf course style manicured lawn (something my husband is extremely proud of).
There is ample room/parking in the single car driveway for up to 3 cars/boat or jet skis room for all your toys, plus parking out the front of the property for 2 more vehicles. The drive and yard is fully fenced to keep little ones and big boys toys safe and sound.
We do ask that you PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS at front or rear of property.
