The pool, the laundry room, and the outside comon area are shared with other guests, staying in the other 2 units.

**Pet fee $100.00 will apply per pet.  2 pets max
Only well behaved pets allowed . Pet fee to be Paid separately via airbnb.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds , at pool area, pet feces must be picked up.
All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.

** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest, there is a fee of $30 per person, per night.

** Pool heating fee of $25 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April. To be paid Separately via airbnb
