The sofas also doubles as a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, creating a serene ambiance for you to unwind after a day of exploration. Your relaxation is our priority – with ducted air conditioning throughout the entire apartment, you'll stay cool and comfortable no matter the weather outside. And with unlimited WiFi internet, you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Accommodating families or a group of 10 with ease, this space offers a master bedroom with king sized bed, TV and direct access to a balcony and an ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom offers with queen beds and a third bedroom with two single beds, each with clothing storage. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.

Experience added convenience with complimentary amenities, including a high chair and port-a-cot available upon request for your little one. Airport: Gold Coast Airport is a short (26 kilometres) 30 minutes drive, or an hour by public transport offering seamless connections to domestic and international destinations for guests flying into the area.

Public Transport: The new Gold Coast Light Rail Surfers Paradise stop is only meters of your Apartment! giving you cheap transport to the whole Gold Coast. Nerang Train Station: Located 12 kilometers from Surfers Paradise.

In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night's stay and may be evicted without refund.

Failure to return keys to NewsXpress within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
