Beautiful veiws

This home was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. Has an amazing hot tub with a veiw of the lake. We stayed in both rooms, noticed some bus but not bad. Overall a great home.

Loved it

This was our second time at Pamelas Place. I wouldn't have came back if I wouldn't have loved it the first time. And I still do. This place is super nice. Very clean, quite neighborhood. Everything is close by. 5 to 15 min Car drive. I love the Pond in the Backyard. Watched the Turtles every morning with my coffee. It's peaceful and I will come back

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our time here! The hot tub and fire pit were amazing and the neighborhood was really quiet. The only downside were the bed pillows, wish they were more of a hotel quality, but the mattress was a firm memory foam and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing

The worst rental experience we have ever had

We showed up to an extremely dirty house. The floors, sinks, garbages, fridge, coffee pot, stove top, oven, toaster oven, bathtub, just about everything except the beds. There was also no washer when we were promised one. There was food in the fridge from previous tenants, half used items, etc. Silverware and utensils in the drawers were filthy and used. The only sponge available to do dishes was disgusting/stinky. It was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever had. I reached out to the property manager (who is also the homeowner and the cleaner), who showed up on foot and started pounding on the door unannounced. She proceeded to burst in the door, yell at me and argue with me about every concern I had. I told her multiple times how uncomfortable she was making me, especially because she was yelling at me in front of my 1 year old daughter. She was beyond rude, cold, careless, and even shrugged and told us to just leave then. Even admitted to not even trying to clean certain things. She finally stormed out again, but continued insane behavior throughout our entire stay. She showed up unannounced constantly, would close the gate and do things around the property in the dark while we were inside, at one point entered the home while we were in another room changing. She watched us through her Ring doorbell, we were literally stalked the entire time. There’s so much more. DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner is insane!

Punta Gorda Vacation Rental

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, just the sort of place we enjoy going for walks. It is well-maintained and we had no issues with the property.We did have trouble with our car and our host,Pamela, suggested a repair shop to check. We did, and were very pleased with the service we received.Our one concern relates to the rental cost. We rented for three weeks and, with the rental on a daily basis, the total cost was quite high. We would like to see a weekly or monthly option that would reduce the cost per day, especially since the owner would be less exposed to income lost during vacancies during the rental period.

The property was ok for the price. The things that we feel need improvement are: clean the ceiling fan blades in a few of the rooms, a big need for SHARP knives and containers for leftovers, leftover food in fridge from the last occupants should have been removed,( ok with us if condiments are kept) , a few screens on the windows would be appreciated on mild days; especially in the bathroom where there is no exhaust fan, more than 2 kitchen towels and dish cloths and a dish pan. A couch in the living room would be appreciated. Also, since we were there 6 weeks, we would have really liked to have vacuumed the rug but there’s no vacuum available. The good points are the comfortable beds, well working air conditioning and heat, fully fenced yard and hot tub.

Daughter’s Birthday Long Weekend

It was the perfect get away for a long birthday weekend that wasn’t in the 30s! 85 weather was perfect! The hot tub was just the icing on the top. After our walking and adventures during the day we were able to come back and just soak. Thank you!

Nice and clean

We needed a place to stay while visiting friends in Punta Gorda and this place was only 4miles from their house so it was perfect. Didn’t cook while there but the kitchen seemed adequate. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and the hot tub is amazing.

Cute and worth the price

It was mostly as expected. Detailed cleaning it was not so much, but we had a decent time. I thank the owner for the bottle of wine, nice touch. I would recommend to stay. My dog loved the yard, a little more attention to the yard, i.e., cutting down much of the overgrown, causing too many ants, bugs. This property could really knock it out of the park with a little more programming of TV.

Everything was great. Saw a crane and a turtle in the pond. The fenced in yard was awesome for the dog. The neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was great. Punta Gorda Getaway

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Compared with the hustle and bustle of Punta Gorda, this was very desirable to us. It was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The owner immediately responded to any questions or requests. The location was also convenient for visiting friends living elsewhere in Punta Gorda, as well as stores and a restaurant recommended by the owner. This is a place we would consider renting again.

A little piece of harmony!

What a great house! We were looking for a relaxing home for a week and we found it. This house was very clean with a well appointed interior. We have two middle aged small dogs who loved chasing each other in the fenced yard over looking a small lake. This house is very close to Punta Gorda and Cape Coral so we were able to visit both. We would recommend this home to everyone.

Peaceful

Cute and cozy home, screened in hot tub overlooking the backyard with a fire pit and chairs! Not only the sounds of nature, visually seeing a variety of birds, turtles and geckos! The amenities were wonderful! I contacted the home owner and got a quick response! I connected Pam, to let her know my son in law was going to stay the last night I was there. (he was hauling back a boat from the keys to take to Michigan) Pam let me know that it wasn’t a problem and thanked me for letting her know! Would definitely rent out again !

Perfect stay!

Plenty of space for guests, everything was tidy & put together. Very pleased with the privacy of the hot tub & the entire home is charming as well. Definitely would stay here again for a much longer period of time!

Convient location

Convient to stores. Just a short drive to downtown Punta Gorda. The home overall was nice. It could DEFINETLY be cleaned better. We were a little disappointed that the property didn't offer a grill for outdoor cooking. The fenced in yard is great if you're traveling with pups. Overall we were satisfied with this property.

Excellent property

This property was a good surprise. We stayed for just a few days, but it was comfortable and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing with tons of jets. The beds comfortable. And the property fairly private and on a pond. Overall very pleased with our choice.

Relaxing & peaceful
