Diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung ist sehr einzigartig und komfortabel und befindet sich in der Nähe in WEST END in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was Sie brauchen, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stadtstrand !!. Das Hotel liegt auf zwei Etagen mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einer großen Außenterrasse im ersten Stock. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Vollbad. Der zweite Stock hat sogar einen eigenen Eingang !! Stereoanlage in der gesamten Wohnung mit Bedienelementen für jedes Zimmer PLUS TV und Kabel (ROKU) in allen Schlafzimmern!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Kein Auto nötig !! Sie können alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel liegt im West End, ganz in der Nähe der Bootsrampe und anderer Bars und Restaurants in der Stadt. Nur einen Block vom Wasser entfernt. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Commercial und Bradford und nur einen Block von der Küstenwache entfernt!

Das ist EIN Parkplatz.

Hinzu kommt eine große und sehr private Terrasse, auf der Sie das Gefühl haben, sich in einem privaten Bereich zu befinden, der nur einen Häuserblock entfernt ist.

Perfect place for a great week with friends

My friends and I loved our stay. It was a comfortable, well-located, and charming property with friendly neighbors and a beautiful garden. Larry the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in P-Town!

Larry’s place was incredibly clean, well stocked, and was in an incredible location! I was so impressed with his communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. The house far exceeded my expectations and the garden/deck were amazing. I look forward to visiting again next summer :) 5 stars and then some!

Great place in a great location...

This is a very nice rental for family or friends, just a stone's throw from Commercial Street (THE main drag), yet quiet and peaceful. The condo is clean and complete, even with a washer/dryer and a compact dishwasher. Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) enjoyed the ability to gather together on the deck and living room area or find solitude in separate rooms to relax or even (for our music student) to practice her upright bass. Breakfasts always included fresh pastries from nearby shops (Relish and Connie's were the best), and occasional dinners on the deck were lovely. Of course, there's an amazing array of dining options within a 15 minute walk. It's a short walk or bike ride to center of town, or you can go the opposite direction thru the beautiful residential area of the West End, to the breakwater and beaches. PTown is a fascinating intersection of nature, art, culture, and lifestyles, all with rich historical significance that's a great tribute to the real American experience. Finally, Larry was a great host...from our initial inquiry til the day we checked out, he was always responsive, affable, and gracious. We recommend both him and his rental completely.

lovely place to stay

This place was a delight to stay in over a long holiday weekend, and Larry was a real gem in providing all the information we needed and answering questions. The place was clean, spacious for our group of 5, and has everything you need. Location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything, but secluded and quiet. Safe and secure. We walked everywhere in town and rode bikes to the beach just 10 min away (and the bike rental place is around the corner). Bike parking, BBQ, dishwasher, shower and tub are nice extras, and the spacious private rear deck really makes it. A few possible drawbacks are lower ceilings in the downstairs rooms and only one parking space for a house of 6, though neither of these were issues for us. Check out Perry's Wine & Liquors on the corner. It also has great cheese and gourmet picnic items in addition to drinks. Would definitely rent again if this place was available.

I hope we can stay again next year!

After discovering Ptown in 1994, before kids, we began coming up at least every other year. Once we had 3 children in tow plus their friends, we started renting houses that were far from Commercial street. We thought too near Commercial street would be loud and that we wouldn't find anything big enough. This year we were down to one teenager and decided that we wanted as close to the action as possible. And so we found this home . In walking/biking distance of everything (bike rental place in walking distance too!). Quiet as could be and really pretty and peaceful surroundings. Great furnishings. Super clean! Speakers everywhere, including the bathroom which is always a plus. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Couldn't ever hear the neighbors unless we were outside. We gave teen daughter the downstairs so she had her own "suite". The only warning I'd give folks is the parking situation. One car only. And it's not easy to get out of the spot but we only used the car once or twice to leave town. If staying in ptown, only bikes will do! We'd love to stay again next year.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo !

Very nice 3 bedroom condo on the edge of the heart of town - within walking distance of everything! Very quiet location at the end of a small private driveway shared only by 2 other houses. Owner provided lots of pool/beach towels .. and the kitchen was fully stocked - including spices! Laundry on site was a godsend!

Excellent stay in Ptown

We had an excellent stay at Larry’s house in Ptown. The house is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. It’s surrounded by lush gardens and it’s incredibly quiet even though it’s close to the center of town. We loved having breakfast on the deck every morning. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Larry is a great host. He’s very attentive and communicated with us very well on everything. We would definitely rent the house again our next time in Ptown.

Perfect family vacation!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our first family vacation! It was perfect to have two bedrooms downstairs so all 3 kids could sleep on one floor and we could hang out without worrying about waking them! The house is SO CLEAN and meticulously maintained! There was not one thing Larry didn’t think of for the perfect rental!!

Quiet, comfortable West End spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Larry's place. The location is great: just a couple minutes walk to the Boatslip and everything, but tucked in a quiet spot. We loved spending time on the shaded deck in the lovely backyard. Larry was easy to coordinate with and checked in by email to be sure our stay was going well. The only negative is that the larger downstairs bedroom has a beam that's a little low, and the ceiling in the downstairs shower is low as well; particularly tall guests will want to stay in the master upstairs.

A great place in the heart of P-town

This is a lovely condo, very clean and tastefully decorated; right near the center of town. You can tell that the owner really cares about the unit and about making guests comfortable. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back!

Secluded yet close to everything

We had a wonderful stay here for a week in Provincetown, with no complaints and no surprises so we were able to enjoy all the town has to offer. The condo is set off the main road and the back deck faces into a lush beautiful garden which is very peaceful and quiet and makes you feel like you are far from all the activity in town, but is actually very close to the beach and short walk through town. We really enjoyed quiet relaxing mornings and evenings on the back patio watching the beautiful colorful birds that live behind the house. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed, including pots & pans, knives, and dishes in the kitchen so we were able to cook our own meals at times, and on the back patio is a large table and a grill that worked well. Air conditioning throughout the condo worked well and is welcome on hot humid days, but opening the windows and doors instead on cooler parts of the day was nice for some nice cool breezes and fresh air. The owner was quick to respond and was a pleasure to deal with. We had no issues. I look forward to my next stay in PTown, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Ideal for our family

Great location, on a charming quiet street yet near shopping and beaches. Plenty of room for a multi- generational family of six. Wonderful deck overlooking a glorious flower garden. Grilled fish on the deck for dinner was delightful. We loved lunch at Mama Matcha. Healthy food, exotic teas & coffees.

Amazing Ptown trip in beautiful property.

The property was spacious and clean. It contained all of the necessities, and even had a stunning garden with an outdoor deck, perfect for grilling. The location is ideal, only a short walk to all of the fun activities on Commercial. Overall, a great spot to experience Ptown.

A great get-away!

We had a wonderful stay in Larry's condo! Not only was it neat and clean, but it was also equipped with everything you'd need for a stress-free, relaxing vacation. Uniquely, "off-the-beaten-path" AND "close-to-everything," it's the perfect little street in the desirable West End. Larry was so communicative throughout the entire process, and made us feel like we could contact him with any questions. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck, dining table and grill! Great for morning coffee or burgers for dinner! What a lovely vacation!

Outstanding Accommodations

Well equipped, furnished and spotless. Well located in the West End and provided easy access to the restaurants and galleries. Beautiful private garden oasis just off Commercial Street and the hubub. Very attentive owner who checked in occasionally, unobtrusively to make sure everything was in order and to my liking. Excellent housekeeping services weekly as well both prompt and efficient.

Beautiful escape right in the center of it all

We really loved staying at Larry's condo. First, there are three large bedrooms, separate from each other, giving everyone in our family adequate space and privacy. Updated kitchen and baths and laundry in the master bath also makes things very easy and comfortable. Most of all, we loved the outdoor area, with its deck and view of the garden. It felt beautiful and relaxing, woodsy and secluded-except somehow we were right in the center of town and close to everything! The one thing to note is that there is only parking for one car. Not uncommon and not a big deal, but important to know up-front. All in all, we had a great week and plan to book for next year.

great location, really well run

This a really nice property. The location is great, right in town, walk to everything. Great outdoor space with covered deck and peaceful garden too. Very well managed. Found it very neat and clean. Owner stays in touch to make sure everything is going well.

Great property in the West End!

This condo is awesome!!! Great layout and space for the price. ONLY downside is the parking, so make sure you have a small enough vehicle. (But keep in mind that all parking in Ptown is tough.) The property owner is really great, and responds quickly to any questions and concerns.

Perfect Location - Great Host

We would without a doubt recommend this property for a stay in Ptown. The location is perfect, as it is right near commercial street, yet still provides a quiet atmosphere. The house was in perfect condition, with an amazing deck/grill outdoor area. Larry was a great host, providing us with information prior to arrival and checking in during the stay to see if we needed anything. Would give this property and Larry 6 stars if possible.

Great place, amazing location

Excellent Ptown rental

My friends and I rent a house in Ptown every 4th of July week, this was by far the best one. 1/2 block off of Commercial St, the home was located in a perfect location; an easy walk to the boat slip & downtown, but very close to the West End of town. The condo is very clean the and rooms are a good size and spacious. It has a nice outdoor space, great for grilling and having dinner parties. Larry was easy to contact and making arrangements to rent was pretty seamless. Definitely my favorite place in all my years coming... I think we'll use Larry's place again!

Hi, I am Larry Martin. I grew up in Baltimore and then moved to Washington, DC when I graduated from College. After spending 20 years in DC I moved to Provincetown full time in 2004. I travel around the world to places including Cambodia,, Portugal, Spain, Vietnam Thailand, Costa Rica, Canada, Brazil Columbia, Panama, Bali, Laos and many more. At this point in life I want to continue my travels as long as I can :)

I wanted to be close to everything and spend time with the friends I have developed over the years!! It allows me to invite friends and family to spend days or weeks with me and still give us plenty of room
