Designed for comfort and convenience, our beautiful home features open plan kitchen and living, private front balcony, sunroom and elevated back deck with ocean views and BBQ facilities.
Only 850m to Corrigan’s dog friendly beach or 900m to Casey’s beach. Batehaven shops (IGA, newsagency, pharmacy, Butcher, petrol station, cafes etc) and an excellent large playground for the kiddies is also a short 5 minute stroll.
The space
The king bed master bedroom with ensuite and large walk-in robe is located toward the front of the home with access onto the private front balcony with side views of Batehaven and Clyde River.
The open plan living and kitchen also has access to the front balcony and includes a 60” TV with a soundbar and ChromeCast available. The fully equipped kitchen is light and bright and is stocked with basics such as vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and instant coffee. A Nespresso Coffee Machine, chopping boards, mixing bowls, non-stick saucepans and frying pans, and kitchen drawers full of all the equipment you need to cook up a storm. Foil, plastic wrap, dishwasher tablets, washing up detergent and disinfectant wipes are also provided. There is also a breakfast bar and a convenient servery window out to the deck, perfect for entertaining.
The elevated deck not only boasts expansive views of Corrigan’s Beach but also includes a gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs with umbrella to enjoy those summer days and nights.
A warm and inviting sunroom sits just off the dining area and deck, including a large armchair chaise, perfect to sit back, relax, read a book and soak up the rays. Here you will also find plenty of activities for the kids and adults to do with boardgames, books, puzzles and children’s toys.
On the other side of the upstairs living are the additional two bedrooms, bedroom two with queen bed and bedroom three with set of single bunks and single bed and additional trundle, with their own modern bathroom including under floor heating and spa-bath.
The lower level has a bedroom featuring a queen bed with adjacent living rumpus including a 60” TV, PlayStation 4, Netflix and Stan. Seperate bathroom/laundry and outdoor courtyard. Perfect for older kids or those who want a little privacy and space to themselves.
A beautiful fire pit area is tucked away with in-built seating just down from the deck to enjoy on those crisp coastal nights.
Large double garage with a games/entertainment area including pool table and dart board – perfect for rainy days. There is also a double separate car space set beside the garage, ideal for your small caravan, boat or jet ski.
The home is also within a short drive to a number of beautiful local beaches the Bay has to offer.

Guests booking during the Summer and school holiday periods, require a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
Public holidays require 3 night minimum.
Non peak periods require a 2 night minimum.
All linen is provided to guests (Doona covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, towels and teatowels). BYO beach towels.
Highchair and porta cot available on request (cot sheet not included).
Body board and 1x beach tents available located in the garage.
Work desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse, work chair and LAN connectivity ready.
Suits small or large groups. Strictly no schoolies, hens/bucks or parties.
