The dining area opens up to the private back deck with seating for 6 with an outdoor dining set. There is also a mounted flat screen TV, and dining room for your entertainment The kitchen area leads to the outdoor patio where your charbroil electric grill awaits many days and nights of grilling and entertaining. A full flight of stairs leads you up to a spacious living room with a huge bay window that overlooks Kalmus Beach and the marsh area. The living room also features a large, mounted HD TV. A few steps up is the primary bedroom with a King Bed and flat screen TV and en suite bathroom and newly installed barn door and wood flooring. The third floor bedroom has a queen bed as well as 2 single beds and yet another en suite bathroom. The rooftop deck offers stunning views of both the ocean and marsh to enjoy sunsets and sunrises and is the owners favorite spot as it has seating for 6 around a large table for dinners as the sun sets and the boats go by...

Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

Stroll to Hyannis Harbor and Main Street where you can dine at one of the delicious restaurants or shop at one of the many local establishments. Take a ferry to Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard for the day!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
