There is a cozy queen bed, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a glass walk in shower and his and hers sinks. Grab a pair of binoculars or a book and unwind from the day.

Just past the stairwell you will find the renovated kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Outfitted with a large farmhouse sink that is equipped with a garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler – this kitchen makes cooking family meals a breeze. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
