The Space:
This newly-remodeled (inside and out!) 896 sq. ft. | 83 sqm apartment keeps a fabulous splash of its old charm and is located in a wonderful and convenient location west of downtown Cleveland in the West Boulevard area. It’s a friendly neighborhood and makes for the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great visit to make new memories there!
- You’ll find beautifully-restored shiny woodwork throughout the apartment and living room with built-in shelves and a faux fireplace with a mantle! There is a wall-mounted Smart TV and plenty of sofa seating to enjoy relaxing downtime when at home. The couch opens to a sofa bed and a chair that folds out into a sleeping cot for additional and flexible sleep space.
- The dining area features a table to seat 4 comfortably for enjoying meals at home. Plus 2 extra bar seats at the breakfast bar and a built-in bench under the window! The shelves contain board games and fun things to enjoy during your stay.
- A newly remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at home.
- Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace in the home (one bedroom has a desk). Convenient for longer stays or the remote worker.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full brand new bathroom, Jack-n-Jill style in the middle of the rooms with their own entrances, to accommodate 4 guests as such:

- A large covered front porch with 2 seats and a table to enjoy some time outdoors, maybe with a cocktail or your morning coffee & a good book.

- Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, books, board games, a Bluetooth speaker, and a highchair (if needed!) are provided free for guests during your stay.
- There's free street parking all year round. You'll likely find a parking space right in front of the house. (*Please note, the driveway is for the upstairs tenants only. Thank you!)

Guest Access:
You can self check in using the electronic keypad at the front door. Access codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

The apartment is about 6 miles (10 km) or about a 10-min drive from the Airport (CLE). Check your mobile map app when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer or rent a car to get around, which is the most convenient. Plus you’ll have free parking on the street.
There are other means of public transportation, like the local RTA bus. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
There is a local RTA bus line within walking distance of the property as well. In walking distance, you’ll find a few grocery & convenience stores and fast food/diner-type eateries.
Other Things to Note:
Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
Please note guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area.
We do provide some complimentary basic essentials as well, upon arrival, to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the bathrooms. And trash bags for each trash bin, and some laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.
For stays over 21 nights, there is an additional $49 cleaning fee.
We are not responsible for nor will we ship/mail any items left behind at the property, so please be sure to triple check you haven't left anything behind!
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets allowed onsite, in common areas, or in the yard/exterior of the property.
