Not impressed
Issues from day one and the property management company wants you to do it all online but they never call you to speak to you about anything. The house is set to 72 no cooler and the "master" bedroom was so hot In October it was miserable. The master is an add on and it does not have good ducting into it obviously. We contacted about the stand fan not working and about the thermostat. Never once was contacted back by the company to speak to them. My step-son told me someone showed up and came in, without knocking or asking and said all the fans worked in the ceilings and you can't change the thermostat and left. First off not happy about just walking in as we had small kids and dogs with us. And second the company could have called and spoken to us as well before sending someone or after if they felt everything was right when it was not. Started the washer and dryer the second night there and the washer was so loud screeching you could here it across the street. Of course this was after hours so you had to do a report online again and this time no one came out, called or emailed about the issue. The house also is not ocean view as the dunes are so high you can not see the beach from the house at all.
