This great upper level Fairway villa is the perfect spot to relax and get away in the mountains with access to Bald Mountain Lake and views of the mountains and golf course. Located in the Rumbling Bald Resort, Anna's Place offers the comforts of home with full access to all resort amenities - enjoy the community beach on Lake Lure, swimming pools, 18 hole mini golf, spa and sauna, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, golf courses, and so much more.
Snuggle up on the comfortable reclining sofa in the living room with a cup of coffee (regular drip coffee maker is provided) to watch your favorite shows or simply take in the beautiful mountain views from the large picture window. You can enjoy making meals in the well equipped kitchen or take advantage of the restaurants on site and eat out - you're on vacation, after all. The dining table seats 6 and is great to enjoy your meals as well as a few friendly card games or board game competitions. There are two bedrooms - the primary bedroom is located to the left of the living space and is equipped with a King size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen size beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Just steps from the balcony right off the dining and kitchen, you can enjoy Bald Mountain Lake. Whether you're an avid golfer or simply looking to get away, Anna's Place awaits you. Let us help you enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation. **Please note that the town of Lake Lure has sent out a press release that the lake will not be open for public use in 2025 to help speed up the clean up efforts from hurricane Helene. That means that the beach at Rumbling Bald may not be open to the public as well. All other Rumbling Bald resort amenities are open and excitedly awaiting our guests to enjoy them.**

PLEASE NOTE:

** This home allows no more than 1 dog. No other household pets are allowed. A pet fee of $100 plus tax applies. Guests who are bringing pets must sign a Pet Addenda with the Vacation Rental Agreement.**
** All guests must pay a damage waiver fee ($59 plus tax - included in your total). This protects you from any accidental damages for up to $1500. Anything over $1500 and any non-accidental damages are solely the responsibility of the guest. The cost for the damage waiver is included in the host fees and you do not need to purchase a separate coverage, unless you wish to do so.**
