On entrance and first level you have the main bathroom and laundry to your right & two warm, sun lit bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen while bedroom two - the master, has a King.
Up the stairs to the top level you’ll find the third bedroom retreat with Queen bed & ensuite.
From here the open, breezy kitchen -dining and living space unfold to stunning, vast views right out across the Viaduct precinct to the harbour bridge & beyond – an absolutely showstopping outlook.
Make yourself a Nespresso & take a seat in the comfy settee inside, or on the deck to watch the yachts sailing in & out while the older boats quietly wend their way to & from the Maritime museum. The views from the penthouse eclipse many apartments in the area as you have the north-facing harbour & Viaduct views, but also the bonus of south-facing city views from the kitchen - your very own New York style skyline of twinkling city lights.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire listed apartment.
Check in is convenient via lock box at the Luggage Hotel ( 145 Quay) based on Princes Wharf.
Full check in details will be sent to you 1 days before you are due to arrive.
There is a car park available for no additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to use it.
The Neighborhood:
Prince Wharf is right in the heart of the Auckland waterfront area. Within 5 mins walk of both business and transport hubs.
Getting Around:
Walk is always the best but ferry and bus and train hubs are within 5 mins walk away.
Other Things to Note:
We know you will be respectful but please remember this is a home in a residential apartment building and there are some important restrictions and policies that must be adhered to.
PRINCES WHARF MANAGEMENT SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL.
They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds.

• Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages,
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning at a rate of $50 NZD min,

• If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry.

You can expect and enjoy a private stay. If you need anything, we are just a phone call away! We are available 24/7 for urgent & emergency requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (10 am to 7 pm). If we are called out outside of these hours, request is non urgent, or additional items are required, a call-out & delivery fee may apply.
