The Space:

This apartment is the definition of luxury. Equipped with up to date pieces of furniture and equipment, one night stay in the property would make you wish that it was your own home.

The grand living room will certainly help you to relax with its pure leather comfy couch from Italy, pure wool and silk carpet, a huge wall-mounted HD TV, modern wall art and ceiling light completes this area. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi. Everything about the apartment is relaxing.

The apartment boasts spacious balcony to enjoy the stunning view of the beach, from sunrise to sunset. It's definitely an astonishing space for leisure.

Dine with takeouts or home-cooked meals with your companions. The fully-equipped kitchen got you covered with appliances (stove, oven, cookware) for cooking and making coffee.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds complete with cozy linens and mattresses for a good night's sleep. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack are given to the guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have free access to the gym, pool, and parking. Private beach access (free)

*Children's swimming pool will be temporary closed due to routine maintenance on August 10 - 19, 2022 . Alternatively, younger residents may use the main pool under adult supervision.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Jumeirah is a man-made archipelago that resembles a palm tree. It is such a popular tourist spot in the UAE because of its high-end restaurants, luxurious resorts, Dubai coastline views, beach clubs with spas and infinity pools, and more.

Although it is on its own island, the Palm has roads, tunnels, and public transports that help tourists to have a comfortable stay because of easy access to everywhere on the island.

There is a lot to do in Palm Jumeirah, including going on a cruise tour, hopping on a Big Bus Dubai Tour, going to the Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis The Palm, getting a paddleboard and windsurfing lesson, skydiving, and a lot more.

Nakheel Mall is a new destination on The Palm with a wide range of fine dining and leisure attractions. Approximately 11 minutes drive (around 5.5 km) from the apartment.

Palm Beach West is now open to the general public and just a short walk away with access to a number of restaurants.

A vacation in the Palm Jumeirah is guaranteed to be grand not only because of the activities that can be done but because of the fresh air and the views alone.

Getting Around:
Parking is available if you have your ride. Uber and Careem are also other options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai, you can get on a monorail train and go around Palm Jumeirah, or you can get down at the Gateway Station and walk to the Tram Station through a footbridge. The Tram can get you around the rest of Dubai like JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and others. The tram system is also connected to the Dubai metro that you can use to go to Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates and other places.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
