9 days in sunny Florida

Good location, house was Great, but a little smaller than the photos made it look. Pool design was great, and funtioned perfectly, Grand kids,Kids, and grand parents all enjoyed it a lot.Their were some issues with internet but Rental co tried hard to remedy it, problem was on Comcasts end. Would definetly rent again.

House was okay

House was clean. All the tires on all the bicycles were flat. No seats for the kayaks. If you are looking for a place with kayaks and bikes, this is not a good choice. The furniture was comfortable. The pool needs some love and attention. The water was cloudy when we arrived. The pool guy put a jug of chlorine and pucks, then it cleared.

Do Not book this property

Property managers wouldn’t return a call, text or email. Property was not in good operating condition. Nothing worked. Pool, appliances, TV, air conditioning. We were completely ignored the entire trip. Very disappointing.

A/C went out. Pool heater went out. TERRIBLE customer service with Roelen Property Management Group.

Great property! Terrible property management. We stayed 5 nights in this property. Beautiful great, enjoyed the warm pool and cool house. Until day 3. First the pool heater went out. We had to call several times and took a day to get it fixed. Then day 3 as well our AC went out! Property got up to 85 degrees and the property management group did NOTHING to help the situation. After all day of us calling for updates they said you can go buy fans. AC will not be fixed until after you leave. We’ve had to follow up several times since for a refund. Definitely will never rent another property ran by Roelen Property Management Group.

Great house for family vacation

This house was almost perfect for our family (it would have been better to have a set of bunk beds for sibs and TP provided), but was one of the best we have stayed in. We enjoyed the lanai, and the sectional worked for together time for the 10 of us. Up-to-date kitchen with great knives and ok pans, comfortable beds, and extras. I would definitely recommend this house for families for groups of friends - nice location and easy to get around to beaches and local attractions. The burrowing owls were a unexpected treat provided by nature! Winner!!
