Local experts currently estimate that the beginning of 2025 will offer an excellent travel experience for our valued guests. Please book with confidence for 2025 stay dates! Our availability calendars are up to date, and we anticipate our area to be majorly restored by Jan 1st, 2025.

If you are looking to stay for the remainder of 2024, our availability calendar will be up to date and we would love to host you. Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. The bright, open, remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, state of the art stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a delicious family meal. Beautiful flooring throughout with comfortable modern furniture and the tasteful decor make this place a great home for your vacation. A large flat screen TV, 2 recliner chairs and a new leather recliner sofa in the living room. The large screened-in balcony is the perfect spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset after enjoying a fun day on the beach. The comfortable outdoor balcony furniture is great for entertaining, sunbathing and relaxing. All three bedrooms feature TVs as well. Both bathrooms are completely updated. The main en-suite bath features a large walk-in shower. You are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. John’s Pass Village is less than a mile away. Full washer/dryer in the condo. Free wireless internet service and free parking is available.
The beachfront heated (in the winter) swimming pool stays warm all year long. The Tiki Hut deck has tables and chaise lounge chairs for relaxing with cool drinks and beautiful views!
