Jones Estate is the newest accommodation offering on Lovedale Road located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country.
Jones Estate has 4 charming bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is designed to accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. With 3 king bedrooms and a clever family room, which can be made into 2 configurations thanks to a king split bed and 4 single bunks; 2 designed for teenagers/adults and 2 perfect for kids, there is room for all.
This beautiful house is set on 22 acres alongside the estate’s petite vineyard. Featuring all the charm of a traditional property, guests will love the location only moments for you and your guests to experience the best of Lovedale including Binet, Leaves & Fishes, Tatler, Adina, Emerson’s Restaurant, The Deck, Binnorie Dairy, golf at Crowne and a 6-minute drive to the Hunter Valley Zoo, and all the offerings on Broke Road. Close to wedding venues such as Lovedale Chapel, Moravia Park, Dark Horse and Petersons Sparkling House.
Jones Estate has been recently renovated for guests to enjoy a beautiful blend of classic and crisp interiors, as well as generous exteriors. These lifestyle areas will invite you to sit, relax by the outdoor fireplace, enjoy a BBQ and catch up with friends and family. With its own indoor wood-burning fireplace and ducted airconditioning Jones Estate is a property to be enjoyed year-round.
Indoor and outdoor entertaining is a breeze with a fabulous kitchen with dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso machine and oven and gas hob, and opening out to a huge living and dining undercover deck with views of the ‘oval’ garden, perfect for evenings in every season. The kids, big and small, will be entertained by WiFi, 2 TV’s, and the outdoor space perfect for a game of football.
Enjoy a winters evening by the fire pit and take in the glorious stars above.

Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,372 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,029 per night (Mon-Thu)
Extra children aged 2-12 are charged at $106 per child per night
Infants under 2 are free.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
Please note if Sunday check in then an additional weekend cleaning charge will be applied to your booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
