Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and the new Margaritaville Resort. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Avenue to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and two restaurants on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include the heated pool, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, private laundry and complimentary WiFi.
On arrival there is ample off-street parking in a wide pavered driveway and two covered spaces beneath the home. Enter through the front door into the lower level of the home. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/tropical. From the entry foyer this lower level has a foyer sitting area, a separate guest bedroom, guest bath and family room with access out to the fenced in and heated swimming pool. Stairs take you up to the main part of the home and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets and decorator tile countertops with backsplash. There is also a large island with storage space on the kitchen side and four bar stools on the living room side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer. There is also a kitchen pantry, as well as full size washer and dryer behind louvered doors. This flows out into the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table seating six. The living area has two matching sofas, one of which has a pull-out queen-size sleeper-sofa and a coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a credenza above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Off the living and dining area is a guest bathroom with decorator tile vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
On this second level the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser, above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet with with shelving. The en suite bathroom has a decorator tile vanity with dual lavatories and plenty of storage space beneath, a recessed garden-style jetted tub, commode and a corner walk-in shower with glass walls and door. Also on this level the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The third guest bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen-size bed, night stand, and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom on this lower level has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
Also on the lower level is a family/game room furnished with two sofas, opposite which is a double dresser with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. A door from this room provides access out to the fenced in heated pool and deck area, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs.
